I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The spacious room with a great pool view was a highlight, especially the Executive suite with a butler service. However, the room felt a bit cramped. The staff was mostly helpful and welcoming, except for some hiccups with the reservation and reception teams. The location was convenient and easy to find, but there were extra charges for certain amenities. The dining experience was not the best compared to other hotel buffets I've tried. The facilities were decent overall.
